Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns if you change your mind after purchasing an item. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the product details before making a purchase.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or style.
  • Deciding you no longer want the item after receiving it.

Please ensure you review all product details before completing your order.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible for return).


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under EU consumer law.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Returned with proof of purchase.

If a return is approved under this policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
